When should you choose a Multiple Entry Visa?
Uganda offers this category for frequent visitors. Start by listing each planned arrival, departure and reason for returning. Employment is outside this visa’s scope. Confirm the correct permission if your plans involve work, residence or another purpose beyond the visit you describe.

Choose the duration you can explain through your travel plans. Do not select the longest option only because its validity looks like a longer permitted stay. The authorisation issued by immigration controls the actual conditions.

The form opens with your selected term. Review the traveller’s details, attachments and total before sending the request. Read the refund policy before payment; changing your travel plans is different from receiving an immigration decision.
Uganda Multiple Entry Visa requirements and documents
Our Multiple Visa form requests the seven files below. Keep names and passport details consistent across the set, and prepare supporting documents in English. Other evidence can be requested during review.
Passport biodata page
A clear copy of the details page. Your passport needs at least six months of validity.
Recent passport photograph
A clear passport-style photograph taken within the last six months.
Police clearance certificate
A valid clearance from Interpol or your home country.
First Uganda reference letter
A recommendation letter from your first referee in Uganda.
Second Uganda reference letter
A recommendation letter from your second referee in Uganda.
Reason for multiple entry
A cover letter explaining why you need repeated visits to Uganda.
Previous Uganda travel
Proof of entries and exits into Uganda during the last year.
Build a readable travel-history file
Arrange the evidence requested by the form in date order, with the relevant entries and exits easy to identify. A list of future hotel bookings does not document a previous trip. Keep the unedited originals and avoid cropping out the surrounding passport-page information.
Make the cover letter useful
Explain the actual sequence of visits, the requested duration and why a repeat-entry product fits. Check that the dates agree with the rest of your application. This is an organising suggestion, not an official letter template or a reason to invent travel plans.
Ask before paying if you cannot provide travel history, police clearance or the two reference letters. A placeholder upload cannot establish eligibility. Do not send passport files in a general contact message.

How to apply online for a Uganda Multiple Entry Visa
Check your passport and purpose
Use the passport directory, including where you live outside your country of citizenship. Choose the purpose you can document.
Select a duration
Open one of the 6-, 12- or 24-month application links. Your chosen term and total remain visible in the form.
Enter, attach and review
Use the named traveller’s passport and email, add the required evidence and check the summary before submission. A different passport holder needs their own details.
Follow the request
Keep the Uganda Visa reference and check the email used for your request. Our request lookup is separate from the government status system.

Which Uganda Multiple Entry Visa duration can I choose?
The available application choices are 6, 12 or 24 months. Choose the period that matches your repeated Uganda travel, and check the conditions on the permission actually issued. The requested duration is not a guarantee of approval.
What is the total price through Uganda Visa?
Our total per applicant is USD 199 for 6 months, USD 199 for 12 months or USD 299 for 24 months. Your selected category, duration and total are shown in the application before you send it.
Does a 24-month visa allow a continuous two-year stay?
Do not treat the validity period as permission to live in Uganda continuously. Check the entry and stay conditions on the issued authorisation. If your purpose is employment or residence, resolve the correct immigration permission before using this application.
What if I have no previous Uganda travel evidence?
Our Multiple Visa checklist asks for evidence of Uganda entries and exits during the previous year. Do not invent a trip or upload an unrelated file. Contact support about the missing evidence before starting a paid request; a single tourist visit may call for a different category.
Can I use this visa for Kenya or Rwanda?
An ordinary Uganda Multiple Entry Visa and an East Africa Tourist Visa are different products. Use the regional guide for a Uganda-first holiday involving Kenya or Rwanda; do not choose an ordinary Uganda product solely because the itinerary crosses several countries.
Can I apply for a family on one form?
Use the details and files of the named traveller in each application. Family members may have different passports, travel histories or document needs. Do not combine everyone’s passport pages into one person’s upload.
What happens if my documents need a correction?
Keep the original documents and the email used for your request available. Use your Uganda Visa reference when contacting support. Never send passport scans in a general contact message; use the protected application upload when instructed.
Can you promise a decision before my flight?
No. Review can involve additional documents or immigration checks. Plan before travel, read requests carefully and do not interpret your intended arrival date or payment as a promised approval date.
